Estimates are free and provided in writing after an assessment. A written scope, timeline, and price agreed with you govern each project. Website descriptions do not create a contract for services.
HMF's team is led by a licensed therapist, and that background shapes how we communicate, pace projects, and respect each client's emotional needs. However, HMF provides cleanup, restoration, and property services only. Our services are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care, and no therapist–client or clinical relationship is created by hiring HMF or communicating with our team. If you or a loved one need mental health support, please contact a licensed provider. In an emergency, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.
We can provide photos, written scopes, and documentation to support an insurance claim and can communicate with your adjuster at your request. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company. HMF does not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid, and you remain responsible for amounts your insurer does not cover, as set out in your written agreement.
We may photograph the property to document work. Photos are published only with the owner's written permission, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The HMF name, logo, text, and images on this website belong to HMF Property Preservation, LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied without written consent.
The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, HMF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
